ABOUT PYE25:
Youth from around the Province are invited to join together for one epic weekend filled with exciting activities, new friends, and retreat favorites. This event is for middle & high school students. Parents and adult leaders also welcomed.
New Friends: Our leadership team is preparing to lead small group activities that build confidence, encourage friendships, and promote a deeper understanding of God’s hope & love.
Exploring a Theme: The entire weekend is designed to explore the topic “dream” – how God’s message of hope and love can empower us to dream big. It is important to us that all participants feel welcomed and included. Our Big Sessions will have ice breakers, guest speakers, youth testimonies, and a live worship band.
Retreat Favorites: Enjoy Claggett’s many hiking trails, camp activities and accommodations. Plus favorites like the bonfire and s’mores, games, live music, and late night cabin time. We hope you’ll join us this Spring!

All About EYE 2023:
Almost 600 youth met at the University of Maryland, College Park to worship and learn about God and enjoy fellowship at the Episcopal Youth Event. The youth from Province III arrived early for additional bonding, including a special tour of the National Cathedral, and to help welcome those coming from around the country. Jenni Faires, one of the chaperones from Southwestern Virginia, put together this highlight video of the event. Thanks, Jenni, for sharing this special event with us!
This once every three-year event took place from July 3-8, 2023. It gathered high-school aged youth from across the globe on a college campus to learn, worship, and bond together. They heard from around the globe to hear from nationally renowned speakers, enjoy innovative worship, and participate in a variety of engaging workshops! The EYE theme for 2023 was “Regreso A Casa: A New Age of Faith”, a bilingual theme that emphasized “homecoming”. EYE typically focuses on developing leadership skills, spiritual practices and “early stages of vocational discernment.” This summer was no different. Hopefully, our youth youth came away from EYE with life-long memories, new friends, a stronger connection to their faith, and a greater understanding of diversity and inclusion!
