Council 2024
Province III Council will meet Monday October 28, 2024, at the Holiday Inn in Martinsburg, WV. Our meeting will begin at 9 am with morning prayer. We will be meeting only from 9 am - 1 pm. Breakfast, beginning at 7:45, and lunch are included. If you need to stay overnight, please contact the Holiday Inn directly (304-267-5500) to make your own room reservations.
We will be voting on the 2025 provincial budget, hearing form our ministry coordinators, and discussing possible future ministries. The agenda, budget, and other materials for Council will be posted here as they become available.
