Introducing Buddy Groups
During this time of social distancing, when many of our churches and even entire dioceses have canceled church services, we still need to care for one another. St. Columba's in Washington State has introduced Buddy Groups. Each group consists of 4-5 households. A captain is assigned to each group who convenes a conversation about how their group can best check-in with one another via phone, online, etc. Check out the link to learn more about this program to see if it might work for your community.
