The Rev. Amanda Akes-Cardwell is an Episcopal priest, spiritual director, and trained coach, serving in the Episcopal Diocese of Washington as the Missioner for Faith Formation and Development. Amanda is a curious, joyful, and reflective leader who loves Jesus. She has experience ministering in vibrant, diverse, and varied parish communities. She is passionate about Christian discipleship and the spiritual formation of young people, especially children and youth. |

| Katie Glover, M.P.A., SHRM-SCP, is passionate about asking questions that build relationships and mutual understanding and that lead to development, change, and growth. In 2020, Katie founded Open Gate Solutions which partners with organizations to envision, plan, and realize an improved and more sustainable future through strategic visioning, planning, and transformation. Before founding Open Gate Solutions, Katie was the Vice President and Secretary of the Corporation at Virginia Theological Seminary (VTS). Katie’s accomplishments at VTS include designing and implementing a governance restructuring, designing and overseeing strategic plan implementation and reporting, and pushing for and bringing about diversity, equity, and inclusion training for staff and trustees. She is committed to seeing individuals and groups flourish. |
