Synod 2024 will begin Sunday evening, May 5. Registration will open at 4:30 pm. Dinner will be on your own, but we will re-gather at the Holiday Inn for an exclusive screening of The Philadelphia Eleven at 7:30 pm.
And on Monday, May 6 President of the House of Deputies, Julia Ayala Harris will be joining us in person. We will begin at 8:30 am and end by 4:30 pm.

Important Information:
HOUSING:
Attendees must make their own housing reservations with the Holiday Inn by calling 304-267-5500 and indicating you are with Province III Synod. If the Holiday Inn is full, there are hotels nearby: The Fairfield Inn by Marriott shares the same parking lot, and the Red Roof Inn is across the street.
SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE FOR DEPUTATION ALTERNATES:
In order to make it possible for alternates to get information that will be helpful to any who may end up on the floor at General Convention, Province III's Executive Committee is offering to waive the registration fee for 1st and 2nd alternates to attend Synod.
